Jefferey Yussman

Jefferey Yussman is a partner and team lead at Yussman Special Needs Law, a division of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, since January 2018. With over 35 years of experience, Jefferey has concentrated on estate planning and administration, business succession planning, and charitable planning. Jefferey is also a partner at Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs, LLP, where Jefferey chairs the firm's government benefits and special needs practice division. Additionally, Jefferey served as a board member and past board chair at Wellspring from 2005 to 2018 and was a past board member of the Community Foundation of Louisville from 2007 to 2013. Jefferey Yussman earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
