Tori Masyczek

n 2005 Tori began working part-time in an Admin role at the Temecula, California regional office after years of being a homeschooled mom to her 3 amazing daughters. Since then she has held roles in Recruitment and on the member care teams; Tori’s roles included admin support, operations, associate director of the Care Team, Director of the Launch team, and, previous to her current role, Senior Director Member Care and Resources. Through each of these roles, her passion for Bible translation and seeing the staff thrive in their roles have grown and grown.

The VP of Staff Care & Development provides leadership and support to multiple teams in the Learning & Development, Member Care, and Staff Vitality areas.
