James Axford

James Axford is an experienced educator specializing in Economics and Business, currently teaching at Wycliffe College since September 2021, where responsibilities include A Level Economics and BTEC Business courses, as well as serving as a Sixth Form Academic Tutor and EPQ Supervisor. In addition to teaching, James has worked as an Economics Examiner for AQA since March 2022. Previous teaching roles include a trainee position at The Sixth Form Bolton and Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School, where James instructed various Economics and Business courses. Academic qualifications include a PGCE in Secondary Economics and Business Education from The University of Manchester, an MSc in International Business from the University of Liverpool, and a BA in Politics and Economics from the same institution. James has also held hospitality positions as a waiter and bartender.
