Rafał Sulkowski

Rafał Sulkowski has extensive work experience in project management, business systems, and IT. Rafał is currently employed at Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne (WSiP) since 2011. Their roles at WSiP include Project and Business Systems Director / Head of Systems, IT Project Development Director / Head of PMO, and Project & Process Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for centrally coordinated projects, optimization of business processes, strategic project management, process optimization, company integration, and consulting. Rafał achieved significant milestones such as integrating WSiP with ProfiLingua and Empik School, implementing ISO 9001 and GDPR standards, and implementing a platform for managing language schools networks. Prior to their current position, Rafał worked as the Owner of IRM Solutions, where they provided project management, consulting, and strategy management services. Rafał also has previous experience at Netia as a CRM Project Coordinator and PLAY Services Activation Coordinator / Sales Processes & Tools Specialist, as well as at Xerox as a Printing Specialist.

Rafał Sulkowski has a diverse education history. In 1997, they began studying at Vistula University, where they pursued a degree in European Studies. Rafał completed this program in 2002, earning the title of Magister (Mgr).

In 2007, Sulkowski enrolled in a postgraduate program at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. This program focused on Digital Telecommunications, covering topics such as PSTN, PBX, ISDN, signaling systems, VOIP, and network issues. Rafał completed this program in 2008.

Sulkowski continued their postgraduate education in 2010 at the Warsaw School of Computer Science. Here, they pursued a program in IT Project Management, gaining knowledge and skills in managing IT projects. Rafał completed this program in 2011.

In addition to these formal education programs, Sulkowski has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they received a certification in Business Process Modeling using BPMN from Altkom Akademia. In 2010, they obtained the Prince2 Foundation Certificate from APMG International. Furthermore, in 2012, they earned an advanced certification in Information Security Administration from the Centrum Promocji Informatyki - Szkolenia i Konferencje, specifically in the area of Information Security Administration (Level II).
