Deniz Demircioglu

Deniz Demircioglu has extensive experience in the field of socio-economic consultancy and project management. Starting in 2008 at DeLeeuw International, they served as a Business Development Manager until 2011. From 2009, they took on the role of Project Director and later became the Business Development Director at the same company. In 2012, Deniz joined WYG Turkey as the Director of Socio-Economic Consultancy, managing various projects and programs funded by international donors. Their responsibilities included project management, bidding processes, proposal preparation, recruitment, and providing consultancy support. In 2018, Deniz joined WYG International B.V. as the Divisional Director of HR & Socio Economic Development, where they continue to deliver consultancy services for economic, social, and regional development projects.

Deniz Demircioglu completed a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Urban and Regional Planning at Dokuz Eylul University from 1980 to 1984. Afterward, from 1985 to 1987, Deniz pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Urban and Regional Planning at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
