Jorge Santos

Jorge Santos is an accomplished professional with a robust background in management consulting and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor to the Executive Board at WYgroup, a position held since September 2023, Jorge is also the Managing Partner at WYnova. As a co-founder and CEO of Digital MZN from September 2021 to December 2023, Jorge significantly contributed to the firm's consulting endeavors. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group from January 2019 to December 2021 and co-founding Spontaneous Capacity between September 2018 and July 2020. In addition to freelance work as an Innovation Strategy Consultant and Investment Advisor since December 2021, Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (September 2014 - June 2017) and a High School Diploma from Escola Portuguesa de Macao (September 2005 - June 2014).
