Clay Neff

Clay Neff has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Precision Ag Manager at Wylie Implement & Spray Centers since April 2011, while also owning and operating Windblown Farms since January 2010. Prior to these roles, Clay Neff was involved in Precision Ag Sales at South Plains Precision Ag, Inc. from November 2005 to March 2011. Educationally, Clay Neff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University and completed secondary education at Spearman High School.
