Jennifer Simpson

Jennifer Simpson has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Reservations Agent at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort, Bonnet Creek since April 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Wyndham Orlando Resort International Drive, where responsibilities included reservation agent duties and roles in PBX, front desk, and rooms control from May 2017 to April 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a Hostess and trainer at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from January 2015 to May 2017, and as a Shift Leader at Dunkin Donuts between May 2012 and January 2015. Jennifer's career also includes significant tenure at Walt Disney World from December 1992 to January 2010 in various operations support roles, as well as at Marriott Hotels from November 1997 to July 1999. Jennifer holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Valencia College.
