Dave Rives

Dave Rives has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Manager of Hotel Implementations at Delta Vacations since August 2016. Prior to this, Rives held the position of Senior Director of Operations and Support at Microtel Inns & Suites/Wyndham Hotel Group, where responsibilities included leading a team supporting over 300 hotels in North America and achieving significant operational successes, including exceeding budgeted RevPAR targets and winning JD Power and Associates accolades for customer satisfaction. Rives has also held senior roles at SKY Hospitality, Wyndham Hotel Group, PurchasePro, Inc., Best Western International, and Trust House Forte, contributing to revenue management, property systems deployment, and operational support throughout a career spanning over three decades. Rives holds a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University.
