Brian Weitzman

Brian Weitzman is a seasoned wine industry professional with extensive experience in beverage management and procurement. Currently serving as Executive Director of Wine at Wynn Las Vegas since January 2020, Brian has held various leadership roles, including Director of Beverage at MGM Resorts International, where significant contributions included enhancing multi-million dollar EBITDA and developing an educational strategy to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Earlier experiences include serving as Wine Director at Potato Head and MGM Grand, where Brian successfully developed teams, implemented innovative inventory systems, and coordinated corporate programs. Brian's career began in sales and warehousing, complemented by a B.A. in Business from the University of Arizona.
