Gary Sprague

Gary Sprague is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and corporate security. Currently serving as the Senior Investigations Manager for Corporate Security at Wynn Las Vegas since November 2020, Gary oversees a diverse team managing hotel and casino investigations, including criminal matters and gaming compliance, collaborating with law enforcement at various levels. Previously, Gary retired as Commander of the Investigative Division at Lakewood Police Department after over 32 years of service, helping maintain one of the top 7% law enforcement agencies nationwide. Additional experience includes roles in team security for the Cleveland Browns and hotel security management at Marriott Hotels. Gary's educational background encompasses a B.S. in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Baldwin Wallace University and state law enforcement certification from the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy, complemented by specialized training from the FBI and United States Secret Service.
