Bob Linscott is the current Operating Partner at Wynnchurch Capital. Bob has over 20 years of experience in operations and manufacturing.

Bob started their career at Lear Corporation in February 2000 as the Director of Operations for Hyundai Business. Bob was with Lear Corporation for 7 years before moving on to Pentair in June 2007. Bob was with Pentair for 8 years and was the Director of Operations for their Fast Growth Regions. In this role, they were responsible for $250M in revenue, 7 facilities, 5 countries, 570K sq ft., 720 salaried and hourly staff. Bob was able to reduce order-to-delivery lead times by 8 days (or 25% reduction) through the implementation of Value Stream management systems in the factories and End-to-End cells in the “Front End” process. Bob also improved quality performance (850 PPM, or 45% reduction) through the implementation of the 3D and CTQ processes (New Product Development and PFMEA elements). Lastly, they were able to improve productivity (3.5% reduction in manufacturing costs/earned hour within 18 months) through the Pentair Integrated Management System.

In November 2015, Bob left Pentair to join Danaher Corporation as their Vice President of Global Manufacturing for Videojet + Coding and Marking. Bob oversaw 11 sites during their time with Danaher Corporation and was with them for 2.5 years before leaving in August 2018 to join Fluke Corporation as their Vice President of Global Operations. Bob was with Fluke Corporation for 1.5 years before leaving in December 2019 to join Wynnchurch Capital as their Operating Partner.

Bob Linscott started their educational career by getting their BSME in Machine Design from Tennessee Technological University. Bob then went on to get their Lean Manufacturing Certification in Lean Production Systems and Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After working for a few years, they decided to go back to school and got their Executive Development Program from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
