In 2005, Dan Needham became the President and CEO of Allegiance Marketing Resources. Allegiance Marketing Resources is a marketing and data-analytic company that services the financial services and loyalty/reward sectors. The company was controlled by the Chicago/New York private equity firm Mercantile Capital.

In their current role as Investment Development at Wynnchurch Capital, Dan Needham is responsible for identifying and developing new investment opportunities for the firm. Dan has a deep understanding of the market and brings a wealth of experience to their role.
