Christoph Schenk

Christoph Schenk is the President of Daifuku Intralogistics America since October 2020. Previously, Schenk was the Chief Executive Officer for the North American region at SSI SCHÄFER from October 1998 to August 2020, where significant organizational growth was achieved, expanding the team to over 650 employees and pioneering the Resident Maintenance support concept for large client sites. Other roles include Vice President of Operations, Engineering & Customer Service, Technical Director, and Project Manager at SSI SCHÄFER, and Project/Program Manager at Applied Materials, focusing on high purity chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing. Earlier career experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Kloeckner Metals Corporation and service as a Lieutenant in the Bundeswehr. Schenk holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with Business Studies from Imperial College London and has participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at RWTH Aachen University.
