Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in the organic products and nutrition sectors. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmentally friendly products. Simultaneously, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and practiced as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana contributed to academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
