Philippine Bouye

Philippine Bouye is currently the Head of Growth at Wynwood House since March 2023 and previously worked in real estate and investment at HABITAS from June 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Sonder Inc. from November 2020 to June 2022 and as a Transaction Advisor specializing in Hospitality at Cushman & Wakefield from February 2019 to November 2020. At Cushman & Wakefield, Philippine Bouye performed valuations of hospitality-related real estate assets and conducted market research. Prior internships include a Finance Administration role at Cotton House Hotel and cross-training in Food and Beverage at Park Hyatt. Philippine Bouye holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Hospitality Management from Glion Institute of Higher Education and has also studied at Cass Business School and Southbank International School.
