Perky Karmire

Perky is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal assisting attorneys in the firm’s corporate law section in the areas of debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, venture capital financings, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, she spent a number of years working as a corporate paralegal in Indiana and North Carolina. Perky received her B.A. and Master of Science Degrees from Appalachian State University.
