Sheila Meddaugh has extensive experience in financial management and operations, currently serving as Treasurer & SG&A Manager and Accounting Controller at Wysocki Family of Companies since May 1999. In this role, Sheila is responsible for all financial aspects of Paragon Potato Farms, including budgeting, monthly financial analysis, year-end audits, and presentations to management and the Board of Directors. Additionally, Sheila has held various managerial roles, overseeing business operations, HR functions, and the implementation of technology solutions like SharePoint within the organization. Since September 2015, Sheila has also operated ELC Plumbing LLC, providing plumbing and HVAC services. With prior experience as HR Manager at Wysocki Family of Companies and HRIS Manager at Associated Bank, Sheila possesses a solid background in human resources and payroll systems. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an Associate's degree in IT from Mid-State Technical College.

The Wysocki Family of Companies (WFC) is a rapidly growing, family-owned, agricultural production (Wysocki Produce Farm), packaging (Paragon Potato Farms), marketing, and sales organization (RPE). Employing 400-plus people in eight states, WFC sells potatoes and onions nationwide. We call central Wisconsin home, with our headquarters in Bancroft, our farm offices in Plainfield and Nekoosa, and potato packaging facilities in Bancroft and Plover. Wysocki Produce Farm, Inc. (WPF) our multi-county farming operation that plants and harvests nearly 30,000 acres of a variety of crops including potatoes, corn, beans, peas, alfalfa with technologically advanced equipment and processes (irrigation, field sensors, computerized modeling, planting, and harvesting). Paragon Potato Farms, Inc. (PF) – our packaging and storage team, stores, cleans, grades, sorts, packages, and ships potatoes to our customers to meet their requirements; individually wrapped, large selections of bags, boxes/cartons, and bulk. RPE, Inc. is our sales and marketing team, with sales locations in Wisconsin, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Texas, and Washington. The sales team sells fresh potatoes to retail, wholesale, foodservice, and processing markets in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. The marketing team coordinates all of our social media activities as well as developing sales presentations and market information for our sales team and customers.
