Andrew Kirkpatrick

Andrew Kirkpatrick currently serves as an Operating Partner at Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm focused on engineered solutions in various markets, and holds multiple board positions at Keltec Technolab, Wytech Industries, and Excel Scientific, Inc. Previously, Andrew was Chief Operating Officer at Sonendo®, where leadership facilitated significant revenue growth and successful IPO execution. A former Chief Operating Officer at Accuray, Andrew led major product development and cost reduction initiatives, driving substantial profitability. Prior roles included Senior Director positions in Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development at KLA-Tencor, as well as marketing leadership at GaSonics International and Applied Materials. Andrew began a career as a Lieutenant and Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy. Educational qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from UC Berkeley, advanced studies in Nuclear Engineering, and a Board Governance Certificate from UCLA.
