Justin Allen

Justin Allen has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Justin is currently the Director of Service & Delivery at Wyyerd Fiber, where they oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team and trains them on company and customer-facing systems. Prior to this, they worked at Charter Communications as an Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, Special Project Supervisor, and Call Center Supervisor. Justin also has experience as a Technical Operations Supervisor and Call Center Supervisor at Time Warner Cable. Earlier in their career, they served as a System Analyst at Ultralink, LLC., where they configured a tool for clients to manage their benefits online. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated their ability to improve processes, achieve metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Justin Allen attended York County Community College from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Technology. Justin then continued their education at the University of Southern Maine from 2012 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Technical Leadership.
