Maximilian Lenk

Maximilian Lenk has extensive work experience in the sports and outdoor industry. Maximilian is currently the CEO of X-BIONIC® since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Product Officer at MAMMUT Sports Group AG from February 2020 to April 2022. Maximilian also held various roles at MAMMUT, including Head of Business Unit Hardware from October 2018 to January 2020, Head of Product Management Hardware from May 2016 to September 2018, Senior Product Manager Backpacks & Sleeping Systems from January 2015 to April 2016, Product Manager Backpacks & Sleeping Systems from August 2013 to December 2014, and Category Manager Hardware from October 2011 to July 2013. Before joining MAMMUT, Maximilian worked as a student trainee at W. L. Gore & Associates from September 2009 to September 2011 and as a Shop Assistant at Globetrotter Ausrüstung from April 2007 to August 2009.

Maximilian Lenk attended the Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 2006 to 2011. Maximilian pursued a degree in Sports Science, with a focus on sports economics and management.
