Brian Thornes

Brian Thornes is the founder and CEO of X-Bolt Orthopedics, specializing in innovative devices in Hip Fixation, Trauma, and Spine. Brian is also the inventor of the "TightRope" technology licensed to Arthrex Inc. Brian Thornes has served as a board member for various organizations, including the Higher Education Authority and Kings Hospital School. With a background as an orthopedic surgeon in the Irish Public Healthcare System, Brian Thornes holds degrees in Medicine and Surgery from Trinity College Dublin. Additionally, Brian holds an MBA in General Management from the same institution.
