Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Test Engineer at Alta Motors, Test Engineering Manager at Wrightspeed, and Senior Design Engineer at J.C. Steele and Sons, among others. Matthew's early career involved significant contributions to NASCAR engineering and design, highlighting a consistent track record of improving product performance and testing methodologies. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
