Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at X-Caliber since August 2024, Joel is committed to delivering innovative financing solutions while addressing critical societal issues. Prior roles include Partner at Fortium Partners and Chief Technology Officer at QuickStop Personal Finance, where Joel focused on personal finance solutions. Additional experience encompasses a tenure at Mariner Finance as CTO, where responsibilities included the development of customer-facing and internal applications, and a position as VP of Research and Development at Sage, overseeing financial software solutions. Joel also held leadership roles at Paychoice, Paychex, Vanguard, American Express, and Bessemer Trust. An MBA in Finance from La Salle University and a BBA in Finance and MIS from Lubar College of Business further support Joel's extensive expertise in technology within the finance sector.
