Carlos Cano Pardo

Carlos Cano Pardo is an accomplished Regional Construction Manager for Europe at X-ELIO, with extensive experience in managing large-scale photovoltaic plant projects across multiple countries, including significant contributions in the United States, Spain, France, and South Africa.
