Lionel Lalaite

Lionel Lalaite is an experienced digital transformation and IT management professional with a robust background in semiconductor manufacturing and information systems. Currently serving as Digital Transformation Program Manager at X-FAB since October 2016, Lionel has been responsible for implementing the Group Digital Transformation roadmap in X-FAB France. Prior to this role, Lionel held various positions at Altis Semiconductor for nearly two decades, including Chief Information Officer, where strategic IS continuity and roadmap development were key responsibilities. Lionel's expertise also includes project management, transformation initiatives such as ERP migrations and process reengineering, and operational management within IT contexts. Early career experience at IBM as a Product and Test Engineer provided a strong foundation in product performance and technology transfer. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Microelectronics from INSA Lyon.
