Emma Digby is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at X-on Health since July 2023, Emma previously held the role of Head of Human Resources at ARK Syndicate Management Limited for a brief period in early 2023. From May 2019 to February 2023, Emma functioned as the Assistant HR Manager at Argenta Holdings Plc, and earlier at MS Amlin, Emma contributed as a Human Resources Adviser, supporting various functional teams and undertaking a significant secondment in London. Previous roles include Branch Manager and Senior Consultant at Prime Time Recruitment, as well as HR Assistant at Colchester Institute. Emma holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Southampton, completed in 2002.
