Laura Malta

Laura Malta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, partnerships, and development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as Strategy Lead at X Sector Labs since December 2020 and a consultant for Move For Hunger, Laura has held various roles including Partnerships Director at California Volunteers and Interim Development Director at Move For Hunger. Previous positions include Creative Account Manager and Philanthropic Development Manager at TED Conferences, as well as Senior Development Coordinator and Development Associate at the Association to Benefit Children. Laura's early career involved roles as a researcher at LegalAnthem.com and an administrative assistant at the University of Pennsylvania Museum. Laura holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Developing Leaders Program for Nonprofit Professionals at Columbia University's Business School in 2014.
