Rita D'Arcy (FCPHR, FCIPD, GAICD, MICDA) currently serves as the Head of People and Culture at Group Colleges Australia Pty Ltd since July 2024 and is a Sessional Lecturer at Australian Catholic University, where Rita develops and delivers course content for BComm and MBA programs.
