Ben Ferreira

Ben Ferreira is the current Lead of People Operations at X-Team. Prior to this role, they served as the Community & Recruitment Manager, an Unleasher, and a Senior Developer at X-Team. Before joining X-Team, Ferreira was a NodeJS Backend Developer at GateHub Limited and a Full-Stack Web Developer at Facility for Hotels.

Ben Ferreira has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, a Master's degree in Translation - English, German, Slovenian from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Ljubljana, and various certifications in management, accounting, mediation, negotiation, and programming. Ben is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
