Artem Goncharuk has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Artem started their career at Novosoft Inc in 1999 as a Developer and Senior Developer, eventually becoming a Project Manager. In 2003, they joined Axmor Software as a Project Manager. In 2004, Artem worked as a Development Manager at the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and later at EastBanc Technologies. Artem held the role of Development Manager at both companies.

In 2012, Artem co-founded Dialogflow, a Conversational UX platform, where they served as the Co-Founder and CTO. Artem successfully raised strategic venture funding and eventually the company was acquired by Google. Artem also co-founded Speaktoit in the same year and served as the Co-Founder and CTO. Speaktoit launched a highly-rated mobile voice assistant and reached over 40 million users. Artem joined Google in 2016 as an Engineering Lead for Dialogflow (API.AI). Artem later joined X, the moonshot factory, in 2019 and held the position of Engineering Lead before being promoted to Director of Engineering in November 2021.
