Clarence Wooten is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and leading innovative companies. Currently serving as the Director and Entrepreneur in Residence at X, the moonshot factory, Clarence contributes to the development of groundbreaking technologies aimed at addressing significant global challenges. As the Founder and General Partner of Revitalize Venture Studio, a venture studio dedicated to supporting diversity in tech, Clarence focuses on empowering underrepresented communities. Additional ventures include founding Groupsite, a community platform, and STEAM Role, an app designed to inspire students in STEM/STEAM fields. Clarence’s previous accomplishments include founding and leading Progressly, which was acquired by Box, and VentureFund.io, which streamlines startup funding processes. Clarence also invested in Kylie.ai and held a board position at Philadelphia University, enhancing educational outcomes. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University, Clarence holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management.
