Robert Melnyk is the Managing Director at X1F and a Senior Advisor. Previously, they served as EY Managing Partner for EMEIA Advisory with a focus on Banking & Capital Markets, as well as leading Financial Services Performance Improvement in EMEIA while managing teams exceeding 2,000 people. Robert joined EY in 2008 as Partner, holding various leadership roles, and prior to EY, they were a Partner at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting. Robert holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München and is currently pursuing executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the London Business School.
