Michiel Rauws

Michiel Rauws has a diverse work experience. Michiel is the co-founder and CEO of Cass, an AI startup specializing in Emotional AI and Machine Philosophy. Michiel also co-founded M&V Enterprises and served as a Co-Founder for two years. Michiel has worked as a Private Equity and M&A professional at Marsh and participated in the IBM Extreme Blue Talent Program as a Project Manager. Michiel has experience in sales as a Sales Agent at Housing Anywhere and has held various roles at RSM STAR, including Commercial Relations and member of the Activity Team. Michiel has also served as a mentor for exchange students at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, they were selected as a Singularity University Portfolio Company for 2015 and gave presentations about healthcare and AI.

Michiel Rauws completed their Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2012. In 2011, they also pursued an International Exchange program at City University of Hong Kong.

Afterward, Michiel Rauws pursued a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, which they completed in 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification in an MBA course on International Business from City University of Hong Kong in December 2011.
