Kim Paterson

Kim Paterson is currently the Head of Learning and Development at X4 Group. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions in learning and development at companies such as CBRE and TNS Research International. Kim also studied as a Personal Performance Coach at The Coaching Academy. With a Master's degree in Personnel & Development from University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources & Psychology from De Montfort University, Kim has a strong educational background to support their experience in the field.
