Natalia Dolgaya

Natalia Dolgaya is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as an IBP & S&OP implementation and improvement expert at X5 Group since December 2023. Prior to this role, Natalia worked as a Supply Chain Project Manager at BAT from December 2022 to December 2023 and as a Supply Planning Manager at PepsiCo from June 2021 to November 2022. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where Natalia held multiple positions, including Center of Excellence Manager, Deployment Planning & Customer Service Manager, Transportation Operations Manager, and Regional Transportation Manager from June 2005 to June 2021. Natalia began her career as a Logistics Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc. from November 2003 to June 2005.
