Tigran Mahmudov

Tigran Mahmudov is the Head of Brand and Marketing Communications at X5 Group since June 2023, focusing on developing the "Pakets" service, an ecosystem product enhancing customer benefits across various X5 businesses. Key achievements include formulating new product positioning, executing a complete rebranding, and launching a new market product (abonementx5.ru). Prior to this role, Tigran served as Senior Marketing Project Manager at Nativno, executing over 40 high-impact marketing projects for major brands and enhancing the agency's training program. Tigran also worked as Senior Producer at Dzen, producing over 1500 videos and integrating native advertising for various brands, and held the position of Producer for Live Broadcasts at Yandex.Market, where significant improvements to technical execution and average GMV were achieved. Tigran holds a Bachelor's degree from the Higher School of Economics.
