Yulia Lyubimova

Yulia Lyubimova is an experienced professional in the fields of loyalty program development and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Loyalty at X5 Retail Group since February 2021, Yulia oversees the loyalty department, coordinates team efforts, and leads the strategic definition of loyalty initiatives and omnichannel marketing programs. Concurrently, Yulia works as a Senior Project Development Manager at JAKALA, focusing on the development and implementation of loyalty programs for major Russian retailers. Previous experience includes a role as a Key Account Manager at Publicis and founding her own company, Lyubimova Inc., where Yulia organized advertising campaigns and managed sales operations. Yulia holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University and multiple degrees in Marketing from the International Institute of Advertising.
