Evan Jones

Evan Jones is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. As the Founder of XA Talent since January 2020, Evan has been instrumental in talent acquisition and management. Additionally, as the Managing Partner and former Business Operations Manager at XA Systems, LLC, since 2005, Evan has led various strategic initiatives. Since June 2017, Evan has also been the Founder of ServeOptics, which offers innovative enterprise SaaS solutions through Real Data Technologies, providing critical service support performance metrics to IT leaders. Evan holds a Bachelor of Economics from George Mason University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
