Justin Noble

Justin Noble has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In their most recent position as Director of Sales at Xaar, they oversee sales strategies and operations. Prior to that, they served as Head of Product Management, where they were involved in product development and market analysis. Justin also held the position of Applications Engineering Manager, where they managed a team of engineers and was responsible for the production line and processes. Earlier in their career, Justin worked as an Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Xaar, where they contributed to new product development and led design activities. Before joining Xaar, they served as a Development Engineer at Advanced Fiber Products, leading the design and development of a novel optical switch. Additionally, Justin gained experience as an Assistant Manufacturing Engineer at Airbus, where they were involved in process optimization and equipment planning. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales, product management, engineering, and manufacturing.

Justin Noble attended Long Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge from 2003 to 2005, where they pursued A-Levels in Product Design, Law, and English. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Portsmouth and completed their Bachelor of Science degree with first-class honors in Computer Aided Product Design in 2009. Justin returned to education in 2018 and studied at the Institute of Leadership and Management. Justin obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Operational Management from this institution in July 2020, achieving a distinction.
