Jen Mulhern

Jen Mulhern is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Xace and as a Founder and HR Consultant at Lumen HR, Jen has previously held key positions such as Head of Client Partnerships at HR360 Ltd and Head of People and Culture at Enjoy Education. Jen's notable tenure at Visa included roles ranging from HR Manager to Associate HR Manager. In addition, Jen has provided operational and recruitment support as an Executive Assistant and Business Manager at Crasner Consulting and has worked with several Private Equity and Executive Search firms in temporary roles. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology from the University of Southampton.
