Eran Shor

VP R&D at XACT Robotics

Eran Shor has over 20 years of experience in research and development roles in the medical device industry. From 1998 to 2000, they were an R&D Mechanical Engineer at Elan, where they were responsible for the design of an injection molded product and NPI activities for mass production. Eran then moved to Nova Measuring Instruments, where they were an R&D Mechanical Engineer and designed a lithography system and developed a unique innovative optic head. From 2003 to 2009, they were COO and VP R&D at GI View, responsible for leading the company, achieving a major investment milestone with proven results in a clinical study, and collaborating with key opinion leaders in the gastroenterology field worldwide. From 2009 to 2016, they were CEO and COO & VP R&D at PerfAction, responsible for leading the company from the R&D stage to the market, developing investor relations and conducting roadshows, and building a dynamic team in development, operation, marketing and sales. From 2016 to 2022, they were VP R&D at Neuroderm, where they developed a drug-device combination product for Parkinson's disease. Eran is currently VP R&D at XACT Robotics.

Eran Shor completed a B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering at Tel Aviv University between 1995 and 1998.
