Andrew Selley

Andrew Selley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and sales performance management. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Revenue Operations at Xactly Corp since February 2018, Andrew has previously held roles including Revenue Operations Manager and Sales Operations Analyst. Prior to joining Xactly, Andrew worked at OberoSPM, where responsibilities included retaining the customer base and fostering user adoption as well as serving as a Business Development Executive focused on new business development for the Sales Performance Management Suite. Andrew’s career began at IBM Canada Ltd., where work in Inside Sales Business Development involved leveraging various sales strategies to identify new business opportunities. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Western University, an AIT Diploma in Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute, and an Applied GIS Certificate from Ryerson University.
