Shiny I. has over six years of experience in product-based organizations, specializing in backend development. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at Xactly Corp, Shiny has previously held roles at athenahealth and GE Healthcare. Accustomed to utilizing a main tech stack of Java, C#, and various frameworks, Shiny has worked on numerous projects across the software development lifecycle and has contributed to both client and server-side functionalities. Shiny remains active in mentoring others, enhancing their technical presentation skills while also working with stakeholders to deliver seamless integrations and performance optimizations. Shiny is pursuing a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies.
