Siva Kumar Rachaputi

Siva Kumar Rachaputi is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Xactly Corp since November 2013, Siva Kumar oversees a portfolio that includes unified data lake, Solr search, analytics, insights, and benchmarking, utilizing technologies such as MapR, Spark, and Scala. Responsibilities include finalizing the product roadmap, collaborating with architect teams, infrastructure planning, release execution, and overseeing product reviews with executive leadership, along with managing teams and mentoring staff.
