Swastik Patel

Swastik Patel currently serves as the Field CTO at Xactly Corp since November 2024. Prior to this role, Swastik held various positions at Varicent from January 2020 to November 2024, including VP, Distinguished Engineer and Vice President of Technical Sales. Swastik's previous experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Architecture at Tulip Retail, Worldwide Technical Solutions Leader at IBM, and Business Consultant at Varicent Software Alumni. Additionally, Swastik worked at Infor as Principal Technical Analyst and held multiple technical analyst roles at Workbrain Inc. Swastik Patel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 2000 and 2005.
