William Poleschuk

William Poleschuk has an extensive background in enterprise business development, with a career spanning over three decades in various technology and information management sectors. Currently serving in Customer Success at Xactly Corp since February 2012, Poleschuk focuses on enhancing sales performance through a cloud-based platform. Previous roles include business development at MKS, Iron Mountain Digital, CommVault Systems, Serena Software, Information Builders, and Rational Software, among others, where Poleschuk played key roles in bridging management processes and improving data organization and application lifecycle management. Poleschuk holds a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Albion College.
