Jesse Rice, CPP, serves as the Sr. Security Manager at xAI, overseeing security operations across multiple regions and acting as a liaison between security teams and company leadership. Previous roles include IT Process and Tools Maturity Leader and 6 Sigma Black Belt Manager at Cummins Inc., where Jesse led various process improvement and security initiatives. Extensive experience in security management is further demonstrated through positions at Allied Universal, where operational oversight for security staff was maintained, and roles within the U.S. House of Representatives, Adecco, SOC LLC, and U.S. Army, culminating in a strong foundation in security protocols and risk mitigation. Jesse holds a Master of Science in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Operations and a Bachelor's in Intelligence Management from Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security, along with a Certificate in Executive Protection.
