Michel Ya-Lu

Michel Ya-Lu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and infrastructure architecture. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at xAI since August 2025, Michel previously held the role of Staff Software Engineer and FedRAMP Engineering Lead at Chainalysis Inc., where notable contributions included redesigning core application infrastructure. Prior positions include Senior Staff Engineer at SiFive, Staff Engineer at VMware, and various system administration roles at companies such as Conversant, ATPCO, and 24/7 Real Media. Michel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from EPITA.
