Mallika Patel

Mallika Patel has a long and varied work experience. Mallika began their career in 2004 as a Coop Program (NPI, NPI, PCTO and Applications Engineering Co-op) at GE Motors & Controls. In 2005, they became an Edison Design Engineer at GE Energy - Motors. In 2007, they were accepted into the Edison Engineering Leadership Program (EEDP) at General Electric, where they held the roles of Program Manager for Global Products NPI, Appliances and Program Manager for Product Cost Take Out. In 2010, they moved to Masco Corporation as a Design Project Manager. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Product Manager at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation NA and then a UX Product Manager at Bosch Corporation. In 2015, they joined Old World Industries as Director of Innovation, Sr. Manager, Strategy & Innovations, and Sr. Product Manager, Electronics. In 2020, they began working at Chamberlain Group as Sr. Director Product Management Emerging Business Residential and Director, Product Management Connected Products, Residential Business Unit. In 2022, they became the Head of Product at Xailient Inc.

Mallika Patel obtained a High School degree from St. Xavier's College in Science from 1998 to 2000. Mallika then earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2006. In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Innovation and Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma (DFSS and DMAIC) from GE.
